H1N1 Update

To address the concerns of many parents regarding the H1N1 virus the Board of Campia has developed a policy with respect to same. The key points are as follows: (1) Monitor your child and keep them at home if they exhibit any flu like symptoms. (2) If your child brings a water bottle to the gym ensure their name is on the bottle in clear view. Do not share water bottles with others. (3) Ensure gymnasts use hand sanitizer or wash hands with soap and water prior to entering the gym floor. (4) Wash hands with soap and water before and after snack . (5) Ensure gymnast uses hand sanitizer or washes hands with soap and water after practice. (6) Keep the gym as tidy as possible. Gymnasts are encouraged to pick up after themselves and place food containers, drink containers and used gymnastics tape in refuse containers. The virus may be able to be passed on the surface of these containers. It is our goal to keep our gymnasts, their parents and our staff healthy throughout the pandemic.
