The primary focus of this program is the development of body awareness with a strong foundation in the basics of gymnastics and an emphasis on presentation and execution. Our emphasis on developing proper skill basics will allow gymnasts to later develop more advanced gymnastics skills. Athletes in this program will be evaluated periodically for their readiness for the competitive program.
