Registration
Registration for Campia's Programs can be done in person or by calling our office at 709-368-5867. Our administrative staff welcome your call and can assist you in finding the appropriate class for you or your child.
Registration forms must be filled out once per year for every participant. These forms can be picked up at Campia or for your convenience can be downloaded below.

To begin the registration process please print and complete the registration forms found below. If you are planning to register
your child or children in a class that requires adult participation please complete that form as well.
