Registration
Please drop in to our office to register for any of our programs. If you would like additional information please call 368-5867 and our administrative staff can assist you in finding the appropriate class for you or your child. Registration forms must be filled out once per year for every participant. These forms can be picked up at Campia or for your convenience can be downloaded below.

your child or children in a class that requires adult participation please complete that form as well.

Required for any adults participating with their children in our preschool programs.
